PQ Corporation acquires Belgium’s Sovitec Mondial S.A.

MALVERN, PENNSYLVANIA, June 13, 2017 – PQ Corporation, a leading global provider of catalysts, specialty materials and chemicals, and services has acquired Sovitec Mondial S.A. facilities in Belgium, Spain, Argentina and France. The Sovitec Mondial S.A. sites in Germany are not part of this transaction and will operate independently under the Vialux® brand name.
